“This place has a lot to offer and has a lot of potential BUT, the order area was not clean and staff that was behind the counter was sloppy, they were eating, on their phones and looked like they were on a break. If this is what is going on in lobby what is happening in the kit hen areas?“

“I’ve been a loyal fan and customer of Goodberry’s Frozen Custard for over 10 years, and it never disappoints but I just had to take a moment to shout out someone truly special Dani.
Not only is the frozen custard always incredibly smooth and flavorful, and the milkshakes rich, thick, and irresistibly creamy, but it’s the people like Dani who really make the experience unforgettable. Her warm greeting, genuine smile, and sincere thank yous that make every visit feel personal and appreciated. She clearly takes pride in making sure every customer leaves happy, and it shows.

“Crumbl Cookies is always a fun stop for a sweet treat. The rotating weekly flavors are creative and fresh, but the classic warm chocolate chip cookie is my favorite…it’s perfectly soft and gooey every time. Definitely worth trying if you stop by!“

“I order cookies from here very often through the Crumbl app and have never had problems with delivery. Last night I ordered and sadly DoorDash messed up big time. Person “couldn’t find” my apartment which has never happened and decided to drop off the box at the front office which was closed. I get there and they were stolen. I called the store asking what could we do and Caroline picked up and PERSONALLY delivered a new box of cookies to me herself. I don’t write google reviews often but Caroline was so accommodating that I feel I had to do this. As a person that works in a customer facing industry, Caroline has gone above and beyond! I know it may seem like a box of cookies but they are my finances favorite and I’m surprising her at the airport with this box that Caroline delivered as I type this.“

Had the flavor of the day (butter pecan) in a chocolate coated waffle cone. Both would be delicious on there own, but a bit overpowering together. Love those concretes too-- need to bring back Manager's Special Flavor of the Day concretes & sundaes!“

“If you’ve never been here, or if you’re a regular, I recommend you NEVER STOP coming here!!! Tanner and Jayla made our entire year today!!! This was my Fiancé and I’s first time here, and lemme tell you…WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!! Not only are you getting incredible serving sizes for incredible prices, but the flavor was absolutely godly, and the options…SO MANY OPTIONS! and you can customize your order to your liking!!! Upon walking up, I’d recommend not trying to go inside (making the same oopsie we did haha) because the restaurant doesn’t have an inside section for customers, but has pretty good seating outside! Tanner and Jayla we do helpful and welcoming! They explained everything so thoroughly that when he was finished, we didn’t have any more questions except WHAT DO I CHOOSE because they have so many delicious option choices for flavors, toppings, the whole works! You get a chocolate or vanilla base and then the rest is yours to create!!! Whoever runs this specific store location, GIVE TANNER AND JAYLA THE BIGGEST RAISE!!!!
