“This was a popular place before the pandemic. Street tacos are amazing but I had gotten them so many times it got a bit tired.Then I tried getting brunch. You can't go wrong because every dish is epically delicious.Cabo Street Chicken is good except for the rice, which is a bit too heavy.“
“Stopped in right when they opened for lunch on a weekday. The service matched the food - excellent. I ordered a gringa quesadilla for husband (HA!) and a street corn for myself. Delicious! “San Jose is one of the staples in my Tacos and Tequilas Tuesdays rotation. If you decide to visit San Jose, you won't have any regrets..especially if you try the tacos, wings, fajitas, and any of the drinks. The service is always helpful, attentive, and friendly. In addition to our main server, we have observed the manager walk around and ask how patrons are enjoying their visit. It's the little things like this that encourages me to return again and again. If you live in or are visiting Wake Forest/North Raleigh and you are looking for a place to let your hair down after a rough day/week and want some tasty tacos, rice, and refried beans, don't think twice about visiting San Jose. Everything we have ordered has been good. Our food always comes to the table hot and looking very appealing. They say "we eat with our eyes." Above all, the taste never disappoints. “I have been here numerous times and the food and service were awesome! We’ve had Izzy on a few different occasions and she’s very sweet and attentive. I don’t know how she manages to memorize our orders and get it right every single time! It’s not often that someone is consistently sweet and attentive every time you see them!“
“Almost always a consistently good and reasonably priced experience.Parking: Plan to walk some unless you are patient to wait for a spot closer that will appear as patrons come and go.Kid-friendliness: A nice place to take a youngster that is old enough to roll with things being different from routine. The "Moo Moo Mr. Cow" burrito is a welcoming example.Wheelchair accessibility: We don't have personal experience with wheelchair access but it appears that it could work but with some struggle due to crowded and narrow aisles. The ordering and checkout space might also require patience to deal with.“
