Wonderful customer service. We had a problem with our pickup order and didn’t realize it till we got home. We left feedback and the manager called us immediately and delivered us replacement items. This type of service is rare these days and so appreciated!
I advise everyone to avoid this location until they properly train staff on customer service! I will drive the extra miles, gas & money before I ever visit location again! Don't say you weren't warned.
Very happy to see the improvement to WF tropical smoothie. Kudos! I am happy... love tropical smoothie

Tropical Smoothie Cafe offers a friendly atmosphere with clean surroundings and welcoming staff. Customers praise the delicious food, especially the breakfast wraps paired with mango smoothies. The mango magic smoothie is a popular choice, with just the right consistency and a refreshing tropical taste. The Southwest wrap with sausage is a standout dish, prepared with care and filled with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese for a flavorful experience. The staff are helpful, and the manager ensures the environment is clean. Many customers appreciate the great service, though some mention issues with online orders not including receipts and inconsistent order accuracy. The cafe is recommended for a great meal and complimentary smoothies this month, with a note that cash tips are not accepted, which some customers find disappointing. Customers highlight the excellent service, clean environment, and delicious menu items, particularly the Bahama Mama smoothie recommended by the friendly staff.
