Ordered I online and they didn't have what I ordered and was upset with me because I asked how to get a refund on the item. Then didn't want to fix the rest of my order. When she did get the rest of my order she came back with the bag and said "HERE!" So rude.

The misses and I decided we wanted frostys tonight. So I pull in to Wendy's on Capital boulevard, walk into the dining room at 9:30 to get frostys because there's a huge line in the drive-through. "I'm sorry sir. The dining room is closed. We only have three people working tonight.""I just want a couple of frostys."Okay, fine... Grumble grumble grumble. Get into my car and get in the drive through.Wait wait wait. "Welcome to Wendy's just a moment please." Three minutes later, "How can I help you?""I'd like two small frostys. One chocolate and...""I'm sorry sir, we're out of frostys tonight"*INSERT YOSEMITE SAM SOUNDS HERE* Why wasn't I told this while I was inside?I call the S Main store and their frosty machine is still operational. On the way there I passed three motorists who sped a little and were in the process of losing a lot. (Cops are out in droves tonight.)I explained the situation to the store manager, and his response was "You're not the first with a story like that. Baked potatoes. Chili... I don't know how that place is still open. They really should just close it if they can't staff it properly."

This location reminds me that are places worse than McDonald's.. yes, like others said, customer service is what makes you skip this place, regardless if you'd like the food or not.. too bad while everything looks clean and nicely done, BUT whoever does the cashier MUST be welcoming at least, or at least knowledgeable of what needs to be done with a simple order!

Horrible customer service, if you as an employee don't like your job just don't go to work, don't give your bad energy to customers,the food looks awful when served, horrible place to eat, don't know how the owner of that place still has that place open.

I don’t stop there often but any time I have, I have had issues with the service. Not one employee that has ever worked there knows what actual customer service is. They are all rude, lazy, and will practically throw your food out the window at you without even looking at you. The attitude that each of them exude is disgusting. If I could give all zeros stars I would. I work in a nearby plaza and my co workers and even my customers have told me they get the same treatment. If you don’t want to work there don’t go for the interview. Every employee there made the choice to take that job so some customer service and a smile could go a long way.

Worst drive thru experience ever! I just downloaded the Wendy’s app and was going to use a coupon code from the app. By the time I got to the drive-thru, the code had disappeared, and I was unable to retrieve it when I got to the window. I explained it to the “woman“ that was working the window, She stated to me “I don’t be knowin nutin about no app”! Do you be wonting dis food or not?”Really??? Typical fast food worker ignorance! I would love to see Wendy’s go out of business for hiring idiots!

I've tried to go and grab dinner on my way from work here a few times now. I've been told they only accept app orders a couple times, ive seen staff outside the entrance door hanging out with I assume their friend's after I was told they couldn't take my order. And tonight was the kicker 3/3/24 around 8pm they said they had "NO MEAT, AND NO POTATO PRODUCTS." What the hell kind of business are you guys running? Also, when I drove by the drive-through window, I definitely smelled weed. I give up! It doesn't seem like staff wants to work, very disappointing.

Service with a smile is the farthest thing from here. I paid 23 dollars for 2 meals and when asking questions about the new menu items the cashier didn’t seem like she wanted to speak at all. And when I got the new menu items and opened them at home it looks horrible. It’s not like the picture on the menu and the service was bad they already gave me half my order and tried to rush me off then when I mentioned that I only got half they had a attitude with giving me the rest. Even when I got the other half of my order it was wrong, I asked for crispy on the chicken wrap and they gave me grilled. Safe to say I won’t be back.

Been here on several occasions to dine in with my son. The food is generally well prepared and I’ve only had minor issues with my orders (e.g., didn’t remove burger toppings as requested). However, on one occasion the dining area was closed for no reason at 11a, but they were open and serving via the drive thru. On another occasion (with no customers in the lobby and few in the drive through) my order wasn’t taken for about 5-7 minutes; no sense of urgency. The cashier was standing two feet from me when I walked in and then just walked off for a 5 minute breather I guess.
