The misses and I decided we wanted frostys tonight. So I pull in to Wendy's on Capital boulevard, walk into the dining room at 9:30 to get frostys because there's a huge line in the drive-through. This location reminds me that are places worse than McDonald's.. yes, like others said, customer service is what makes you skip this place, regardless if you'd like the food or not.. too bad while everything looks clean and nicely done, BUT whoever does the cashier MUST be welcoming at least, or at least knowledgeable of what needs to be done with a simple order!

Ordered I online and they didn't have what I ordered and was upset with me because I asked how to get a refund on the item. Then didn't want to fix the rest of my order. When she did get the rest of my order she came back with the bag and said "HERE!" So rude.
