Oh my! The marketing drew me in but the GM, Chris, was fantastic at customer service! I might die over this burger! And I AM an aficionado of food! Yum! So good. We will definitely be back.
I was really looking forward to going to Sonic today and was disappointed with a sub-par experience.
First, the guy who brought us our food was in a bad mood. You could tell he didn't really want to be there. 😔
The burger had good flavor, but half the ingredients were falling off the bun because they couldn't take the time to put the items on the center of the bun. The ketchup was smeared on the outside of one side of the bun, making it messy to eat.

We were very impressed with our experience here - the lady taking the order was friendly and we got our food quickly. Everything was hot and tasty. Sonic easily clears most of the similar chains and they have lots of side and drink customization options. We will have this Sonic in our regular rotation whenever we go out for fast food!
