i found plastic in my bbq pork that i had gotten on 4/23 and when i called the store they acted as if it was normal !how is having PLASTIC in my food okay??they were very dismissive of it, but offered a exchange or a refund.

No good places left for quality pork products. Wells shut down and Billy's doesn't have a good enough selection to make the drive worth while. Their hams look good until you have them slice it then you end up with uneven half slices that looks like they cut it with a plastic knife. So sad, looks like we have to travel to Nahuta for the best pork.

My new favorite place. Not only is it an old/new hand cut meat market they cook it too! Frozen, fresh, ethnic and cut the way you want it! Even homemade fresh and air dried sausage! And it’s small so you don’t have to go a mile to get everything. Let’s not forget the Blondies at check out. Convenient and handicapped friendly. I found things that my Grandparents used to buy and I loved. Still do!

Called and placed a small Thanksgiving order on 11-9-2023 my order was taken along with pick -up time & date. Lady did NOT inform me of payment due when I placed my order. Received a call on 11-18-2023 stating payment was due today or my order of dressing would be canceled ! I questioned why, I wasn't informed of this when order was placed. I was told she was "supposed" to inform everyone we are sorry ! VERY POOR customer service not my fault..... Went on website has NOTHING posted stating payment due when placing order *FOLKS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE* This place is a joke & has clueless employees that don't know how to do there job !RESPONSE to owner reply -It is the principal of the issue for my reason to not make payment. Your website does not state payment is due on 15th.Once again I wasn't informed of payment due when placing order.Why would I want to due business with you whenever it was your employee fault. If you knew what customer service was you would have made it right instead of canceling my order unless, I made a payment after waiting days to inform me of this ! There wasn't NO one sided story

Recently had Billy's cater a birthday party. Menu was BBQ ribs, Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Cole Slaw and Hushpuppies.Food was delivered exactly on time and was packaged well. The hot foods were hot and the cold food was cold. We put everything out, uncovered it and dug in - "DELICIOUS - where did you get this food?" is all everyone kept saying.The pricing, considering the quantity and deliciousness of the food we received, was very reasonable and we will definitely consider using them again for our next "big" event.Working with Mandy and Kayla was extremely easy - taking their suggestions, and everything turned out amazing! This is a hidden gem in Wallace, NC - don't pass up the chance to let them cater your next event!P.S. Their hot bar is also extremely cost conscious and tasty for a quick bite for lunch or dinner!

Been eating at Billy’s off and on for as long as I can remember. Been in the Willard area for over 20 years. I have however noticed the last two times it has not been their usual great food. Just purchased pork chop plates that were dry as well as purchased BBQ not to long ago and it had a burnt flavor. I’m not sure if it’s a change in ownership or what but I hope they get back to where it was. As for now I’ll have to pass
I haven’t lived in Wallace for years but can always depend on a delicious meal and great service from Billy’s. I took my husband here for the first time today and he said it’s the best bbq he’s had, better than Ayden, better than Smithfield and better than anything we have in Jacksonville NC… definitely coming back more often!

They communicated well with me leading up to the wedding day to finalize details for the couple. I will definitely be going by the restaurant next time I visit their area.
