Recently had Billy's cater a birthday party. Menu was BBQ ribs, Fried Chicken, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans, Cole Slaw and Hushpuppies.Food was delivered exactly on time and was packaged well. I haven’t lived in Wallace for years but can always depend on a delicious meal and great service from Billy’s. I took my husband here for the first time today and he said it’s the best bbq he’s had, better than Ayden, better than Smithfield and better than anything we have in Jacksonville NC… definitely coming back more often!

My new favorite place. Not only is it an old/new hand cut meat market they cook it too! Frozen, fresh, ethnic and cut the way you want it! Even homemade fresh and air dried sausage! And it’s small so you don’t have to go a mile to get everything. Let’s not forget the Blondies at check out. Convenient and handicapped friendly. I found things that my Grandparents used to buy and I loved. Still do!
