This place sucks! Every morning I get room temperature coffee that’s full of coffee grounds,and biscuits so dry my dog won’t touch them. Sucks because I LOVE Bojangles,but the one in Burgaw is way better.

The service was great but their biscuits had been out a while. They were really really dry. Actually hard to swallow. The country ham was good and it was fresh.

After waiting for wife an daughter to exit restroom an no one in take-out they come out an we get ready to order. Now one lady in line get behind her. She had been there 4 or 5 minutes Now. Well I believe she owned the place cause she took 10 minutes telling the employee's which pices of chicken she wanted out of 3 pans then made her way down to where you pick up your food to tell them which biscuits she wanted. I didn't know Bojangles was buffet now. So of course after 15 minutes an my wife and daughter didn't want to be embarrassed by me saying something just turned around and left. Maybe something new an I'm wrong. But my last stop there.

The food was good but the service was unacceptable. There is never a reason to be rude to someone. I think the staff need to remember that. Kindness does go a long way. We questioned our order and we we were wrong about it but the staff/or manager could have handled it better. We realized our mistake but there was no need for the snarkiness.
