Great. One particular employee has glasses, Hispanic. He was great seemed as if he was a cook but, he took my order as a cashier and he was great! He was very respectful, and patient.
I only gave 1 star because that is the lowest option. Went in there tonight (2/15). The service was terrible. Had to ask twice for my food. While I was waiting people in regular clothes were going back and forth behind the counter and out into the lobby.Passing out stuff to their friends to from behind the counter. There was one girl behind the counter not in uniform serving people. Service would have been faster if they were not tending to their friends and passing stuff to them. Services has been terrible here for a while.

I guess this is the new ghetto of wallace when pulling up in parking lot employee taking trash out had his pants down around his knees holding them up also upon ordering was rushed several times when drinks were being handed threw drive thru window the were passed down to were I had to lean down out my vehicle to get the drinks also upon receiving food we were shorted food no I did not go back in did not want to deal with the staff

I love Zaxby's..never had anything bad.. EXCEPT the attitude of a few workers. Asking for 1 extra Zax sauce is not that serious . Chic rolled her eyes so hard they almost fell out her head.

Went through drive thru and they asked me to set in parking lot while they made the food. OK, no big deal.15 minutes later I give up and go inside, my food, which was cold by now, was setting on the counter. HAD to ask for it. Last time ever. With the new Wendy's next door you would think they would realize people can and will go elsewhere. Here's a pic of their cold fries and POS chicken Philly...what you get for $11. Don't look like the pic out front does it?. TFF.

First visit in a long long time. Really enjoyed the meal. Breading on chicken is not like other fast food chicken. It was very good.
I never dine in always do drive through. They sure are proud of their food, a little expensive.

Honestly, I've never had zaxbys before this visit. My cousins tricked me and our other cousin into a surprise birthday meal here.When we ordered our food, the cashier was eyeballing us off the get-go as we read the menu and tried to decide what to get. As we each placed our orders, making sure to state it'll all be on the same ticket, the first cousin orders his meal, and she quickly gives him the total, we politely remind her that we're all on the same ticket. Next, my other cousin orders his combo and some bacon fries. The next cousin orders the chicken sandwich combo but notices that she immediately puts in a small combo, so he asks her to change it. I don't know what happened on the pos, but she quickly got mad and rolled her eyes. My cousin, taking note, quickly asks if she put his combo as a small aswell. She blew up on him and stated, "CAN YOU WAIT," shocking all three of us. My cousin gave her a few seconds after she changed the third cousins order and asked her again. "WELL CANT YOU SEE IM TRYING TO WORK THIS THING." When it came my turn to order, I just said a number one large and closed the order. I didn't wanna cause drama at zaxbys, so I took what looked like a quick order, and the order was closed.
