Great salads and friendly service.
I have been through the drive through 5 times at this Zaxbys and every time they have directed we pull over and wait. I can certainly understand this occurring once in a while but it has happened every time, and we join a group of vehicles that are also waiting. Fast food shouldn’t take 20 minutes.
Great Customer Service ❤

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers delicious food, but some customers have faced long wait times. The staff is a mix of excellent and rude employees. Despite occasional attitude issues, Zaxby's menu continues to impress customers with their tasty offerings. The chicken wings and fries were great, though some wings can be small. The grilled chicken sandwich meal is pretty good and the tea is great. This is a pretty clean establishment, but orders can sometimes take over ten minutes to be ready.
