The food here is fresh, flavorful, and will fill you up for an unbeatable price. I ordered the Tacos Papa (potato taco shells) and it was so unique from any other Mexican dish I’ve had. My only qualm for lunch purposes is the wait time (it was about 30 min) so if you’re trying to grab a quick lunch order ahead of time. Otherwise this restaurant is probably better for having some time to spare.

The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality and quantity of the food you get when ordering a dinner. EVERYTHING was delicious!
The atmosphere is clean and bright and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They cleared empty plates and refilled drinks as needed.
Make this place a destination stop for a meal if you’re in Washington, NC.
Parking: Parking is limited behind the restaurant. There are about 4 spots, there’s parking on Main St. in the front of the restaurant. There’s parking in the area across the street from the courthouse. This just may be a short walk from the restaurant. Keep this in mind for anyone with limited mobility.

Sooooo good! Ceviche, enchiladas, birria, esquite, sandwiches, tacos we’ve had it all. Fresh food, friendly service, haven’t eaten in cause tables are usually occupied but looks like the presentation and portions are amazing if u eat in. Wait time? This Saturday we visited Angy's Kitchen for the first time and everything was excellent. The service is friendly and the quality of the home-style food is very delicious. The only thing I could recommend is to ask for non-spicy foods (when ordering) in case you don't eat spicy food. Apart from that everything is very good. I recommend it 100%

We had a great experience at this Mexican restaurant! The service was attentive and genuinely pleasant, always accompanied by a smile, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was really good and generously portioned, leaving us fully satisfied. To top it off, the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity. Highly recommended! Just a bit difficult to find from the main street.

Slightly different cuisine than your typical American take on Mexican food (which means they don't smother everything in jalapeños to prove how tough they are, which is what I run into in most places). We got the tortabirrias and they were delighted! I'm pretty sure it was a beef filling. Dip is tomato based - reminded me of the sauce in chili, but without beans or meat. Bread had a terrific crispy/crusty texture. A bit greasy, which is not my preference, but overall it was nice surprise. Service was top quality, prices quite reasonable. Clean location, well lit, and food came quickly. Best of luck, Angi!

Hard to find at first and even harder to leave. Everything on the menu was full of flavor and tasted fresh. Family run and the passion shows. Some unique options keep it fun but all the standard menu items were top notch and authentic.

The best Queso Birria you’ll find anywhere near Greenville. My family travels 25 minutes just to get the food here!
Parking: GPS will take you down Main Street, you’ll have to take a left and go behind the building, once you do there is plenty of parking
