I am in town for a workshop and wanted some Mexican food and took a chance on this place (hadn’t heard of it before) and it was some of the best Mexican food I had ever had! The waitress who took care of me was wonderful and the place was clean as well. Would definitely go back if I’m ever in town again.

used to LOVE this place! their service has left something to be desired the last two times! this was our 'go-to' place, now we'll wait till we see reviews improve if we go back. The restaurant was only half full, and there was wait staff talking/not busy. we were sat and nobody came for 20+ minutes. the main problem we saw our waitress once, someone else brought our food, which was good. But nobody came back for refills, to check if our food was ok, bring our bill, etc. my husband got my take-away container. we went up to pay, the hostess was the same sweet lady that sat us. nobody in front of us had their bill. this was a repeat of a few months ago. I hope they fix things, this has been our favorite restaurant for 2 years! 😭 yes I made the hostess aware, and she was apologetic.

When it comes to door dash they are super slow and does not have an estimate when a customer’s order will be ready.

I go there often to pick up food for other people and always have to wait. Nothing is ever ready. But today I walked in, there were 7 employees standing at the register including the Assistant manager. The table beside there were 4 employees sitting. Not 1 time did anyone of them acknowledge me. They were cashing out there tips. I stood there at least 5 minutes or so and finally asked 1 of the guys to check for my order. Of course I waited another 10 minutes at least. Still did not 1 ask me anything would only just look at me. If all the employees weren't at the register maybe people could get there food. They were not busy and there were more employees there than that. Poor customer service. If you were eating there they will rush to sit you for that tip. Poor ethics

Ordered the burritos with beef tips and got shredded beef instead, when i said something, they tried to tell me that was beef tips, had to send it back. service was also slow

We came here after watching our Grandchildren's Solina dance production recital at the Turnage Theater to celebrate the birthdays of 2 of our Grandchildren Kareena & Amauri. It is a nice little authentic Mexican restaurant conveniently located in downtown Washington, NC, at a stripmall with plenty of parking. We love the cozy atmosphere, the Indigenous decorations, the clean restaurant, and the great service. Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and good-natured.
The food was fresh, delicious, well portioned, and delectably flavored. The chips and salsa were delicious and had just the right amount of kick to it that children enjoyed. We were a party of 12, so I will only describe what I ordered. I had the pineapple Aguas fresca, which was a light, sweet, and incredibly refreshing drink. I also ordered grilled chicken, grilled steak, and grilled shrimp fajitas with bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions. It was served with guacamole salad, rice, flour tortillas, and refried beans. Our meals came out quickly, well cooked, nicely plated, and delicious! I highly recommend you stop by.

Don't ever order online. I placed an order today at 5:04pm. Walked in at 6:10 and they couldn't even find my order. I literally had to pull up the order on my phone and show it to her. This despite receiving email confirmaton that the restaurant received my order, and at 5:25 notification that my order was ready. I ended up waiting 30 minutes at the restaurant for my order to get made. The girl at the front didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. The food is good, but the service is terrible. I will be finding somewhere else.
