As a local, I have to say these are a niche hotdog and an aquired taste, very unique. It's kinda like they are so bad, they're good! I get a craving like every 2 months. The chili is spicy and depending on the day may be more spicy than other days. They are very cheap red hotdogs but.... the CHILI, OMG... that is what they are known for. It is a white, spicy chili. After reading some of the really good reviews my wife are I were somewhat disappointed with Bill’s hot dogs. The white chili was just ok and I really like slaw on my hot dog which Bill’s did not offer. However we did met some nice local folks while waiting in line who had eaten there many times which was a testament to the loyalty to Bill’s.
