Night Manager has no professionalism what so ever. Gonna blame the customer for not getting what they paid for,especially being since it was an online order it’s the employee job to make sure the order is right and complete before the customer leaves the store but this manger said and I quote “ it’s not our responsibility to make sure you have everything you ordered online” WOW, then what are u getting paid to do??
