We were looking for a seafood restaurant. We arrived at 1:30 pm. The restaurant opens at 11:00 am. We tried ordering " oysters". We were told that none were available. Since 1/4 of the menu involves "oysters"; we were disappointed. We ordered other selections and drinks; a martini and pinot grigio. The martini was supposed to be " traditional". I received a "dirty" martini, heavy on the olive juice. We ordered a second round of drinks; wine and a greyhound. The server came back and told us they were out of pinot grigio and did not have any grapefruit juice. This was a very disappointing dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant for seafood.

The crab dip was ok. It was mainly cream cheese and cheddar cheese most likely mixed with other types of cheeses and old bay seasoning and very little crab meat. Little enough amount of meat it was hard to find and taste. It was served with fried pita chips that were overly greasy. Neither my husband’s or my dishes were great. Not horrible but not something I want again. My food seemed greasy. I got 2 slices of sausage and maybe 5 shrimp in my half order of shrimp and grits. I didn’t even get a full strip of bacon that had been broken up. My husband got mahi mahi and brussel sprouts. Not sure if the mahi was frozen or fresh. More brussel sprouts than not were undercooked or even raw and bitter and oily. What made me most unhappy was the order of a 1/4 pound bacon wrapped scallops. After we placed our order we were informed they were out of bacon. (Also out of crab cakes) We still wanted to give the scallops a try. We got four small sea scallops, maybe slightly larger than a quarter but small enough they could easily lay flat in their ramikens for sauce. Only 4! And we were still charged the original price of $14 for that plate! We made a special trip to Washington to try this place and definitely left unimpressed and underwhelmed. Won’t be back and didn’t want to stay for dessert.

FRAUD! You can see that most of the google reviews for this place were definitely prompted. They are not a 4 star restaurant. They are not a 2 star restaurant. The crab dip is not crab dip. It’s cheese dip. Ownership needs to read the reviews and address it with their staff. Half of the food is decent. The other half is a joke, and less desirable than subway. Fire your manager. Restaurants are about food and service, I know big shocker. Your food is expensive and edible, I wouldn’t say it’s good. And your service(outside of maybe 2 people) is HORRIBLE.

We ate outside to enjoy the weather and waterfront view. Our meal was good, service was prompt and friendly. Definitely enjoyed ourselves, and will return on our next visit.

Been there twice, once inside and once out. Both times the band was so damn loud you could not carry on a conversation!! Met a fellow golfer today and he said he’d never go back because of the band!Sad, used to be nice before they moved..Only highlight is the food
