Very disappointed. Biscuits were extremely burnt and crunchy. The sausage gravy tasted like they dumped an entire salt shaker into it and was barely edible. Definitely not worth $30. I tried to tell the waitress about the biscuits and she then went into an argument with me that the warmer was the problem. Last time I checked I don't have anything to do with the warmer or the restaurant they should prepare the food and do it correctly that's why they get paid... Doubt we will go back can't afford to give $30 for inedible food

Googled places to eat breakfast in Washington, NC and this place popped up, while traveling to VA My goodness what a surprise! The atmosphere was a little rough or maybe small town I ordered the Florentine Benedict…amazing Fresh spinach, fresh tomatoes, and fresh green onion I was so shocked and my tummy was delighted! My boyfriend got pancakes, Fresh sausage and real home fries!

Ordered out for our employees today. All 9 orders were perfect! The chicken in my Caesar wrap was delicious. Our staff loves when I order from Shep’s and I do too because I can count on the order being correct and tasting delish.

Food was amazing as always. Portion sizes are big and hearty which we love. The pancakes are HUGE which made the kids very happy. I was also very pleased with how fast our group of 8 was accommodated and served! Brittney was a wonderful. Great job.
Agree with other reviews; great place for breakfast. Love the Hash and eggs, grits, and the cheese omelette with bacon is a hearty!

We ate here twice and would eat there again if we come back to the area. The breakfast was great as well as the lunch. Our server was nice and friendly and we never ran out of anything. Recommend this place!
