I had to put a star to write something. That place is awful. We waited over an hour for our food and watched our driver sit down the road for 30 minutes before he came to our house. Our food was awful! I have pictures and I called to complain and got yelled at by a girl that was working on 12/18/24. I told her I was going to complain to head office since we paid over $40 and our food was gross and she told me go ahead and hung up on me. They need to be shut down! I have my order number and pictures and before I even got a chance to say anything she yelled at me and said YOUR STUFF WASNT BURNT! That place is ridiculous
Just like all the other negative reviews, my order was cancelled with no notification. I only found out via email an hour later. Lost my business forever.

Ordered two types of wings both AWFUL called to have exchanged was told not expired should be okay. Been a customer for a while now .Now I call corporate office to have rectified.

I don't know why it constantly says you're open every time I place an online order it gets canceled a few mins later..Today it says you're open til 12am and once again my order got canceled if you're not open you should not be able to place an order! If you don't have driver's you shouldn't be able to place a delivery order. Not to mention when you call everyone tells different times they are closing and that's If they answer the phone. Why open If you don't have anything or any reliable help to be open with?.

Repeatedly placed orders that have gone into the prep stage, just to have them canceled with no explanation. When we've called, they say they only have one delivery driver and are too busy. It would be helpful if they stated this on their website.

Placed online order at around 6:30 to be delivered at 8 still wasn't there. I called because tracker wasn't working and was told that they canceled and were going to refund order because they didn't have any drivers.They should have let me know when ordered but they didn't and still wouldn't have known if I didn't call.Need to let people know so they can find something else it's common curiosity.Just called store and said that this is the store not the owner so who do you want me to contact.

On Saturday, October 12, I used the Domino's app to order pizza, wings, and pasta for delivery. When the app showed the driver was in our neighborhood, I went to the door to wait for our order. No vehicle ever came near our home, but the app showed our order had been delivered. I called the store immediately to report the problem. I was told the driver couldn't correct his mistake because he had other deliveries to make. I asked about getting a replacement delivered and was told that wasn't possible because they were closing early. The employee told me I could call another time and request an "emergency pizza." The following afternoon, I was charged $39.56 for the order I never received, plus an additional $33.56 was being withheld from my account as "pending." I called Domino's and spoke with a Destiny, who took all the information from me and promised she would call me back with a resolution. I never heard back from her. I called the store the next day and asked to speak with the manager. I explained the problem again and was told "this is above my pay grade." He gave me the phone number of the district manager, Mike, and said he would have to handle this. I tried calling Mike, but I could only get his voice mail. Mike never returned my calls. I then went to Domino's corporate and filed a complaint. They responded almost immediately by email. They said "We have sent your feedback to the Franchisee, the owner, of the Waynesville location and have requested a representative from their office follow up with you as soon as possible." I have yet to hear from the owner. Meanwhile, no one from Domino's has refunded the $39.56 I was charged for food I never received, and they're still withholding an additional $33.56 from my account as "pending" charges. The owner and his employees don't seem to care at all about their customers, the quality of their service, or their reputation. They certainly don't take responsibility for anything or correct their mistakes.

Ordered large Thin crust /Italian sausage -pepperoni -mushrooms. No Italian sausage on pizza .this location Was not too busy ,tried to call stayed on phone 6 min. Listened to all their ads 5 times over so I hung up.
I ordered a pizza online and the service is great but as soon as I open the pizza box my pizza is burnt
