If you’re going to advertise breakfast til noon, you should have breakfast at 11:35. Way too often I go to this Hardee’s and I’m there well before noon only to get told “we don’t have any breakfast”. Now I understand that they don’t want to waste food but this is getting ridiculous.

Ordered a kids meal because I just needed a small meal. The bun was dried out and falling apart. Burger patty was cold and the cheese was also cold. Diet Dr Pepper and fries were good. This is sad, the lines at Taco Bell and Cook Out has super long lines, Hardee’s had no line, should have been a red flag.

Whoever was working in the drive thru today around 6:30-7 pm was amazing and they made my day so much better
Hash rounds were over cooked, chicken was burnt in old oil. Drive thru was fast... I'll check my food next time before driving off.

I ordered food one evening last week, an older man by the name of talmige (I believe that was his name). I had ordered some wraps, I was waiting on my food when the supposed “manager” started to make someone’s frisco, he dropped the toast on the ground, picked it up, and still used same piece of bread to make the customer’s sandwich.. I was so disgusted I told the guy in the wheelchair up front that I wanted to cancel my order. I will not be back, that old ‘manager’ ought to be fired!! This was on Tuesday of last week April 1st.
If you think commenting requesting me to fill out a form, don’t even bother. Here’s my complaint, look at the cameras, that’s all the evidence you need!! Do something or I’ll just fall he health inspector and file an official complaint

Very disappointed in our biscuits. We ordered a sausage biscuit combo and a steak biscuit combo. BOTH biscuits were cold and dry. Possibly left over from the day before. Also, the steak and sausage were cold as well. We went thru the drive thru and opened these packages within 3 minutes of getting them. We would have turned around and complained, but were in a rush.
