been to the other locations but this one in waynesville is quite unique as its in a old classic house. service always on point. bar b q is delicious

Definitely the trifecta! Everything is consistently awesome. The awards for the food are warranted... GREAT BBQ EVERYTHING. We've tried just about everything and you can tell they take great pride in all their meats and sauces and the sides are great too. The Waynesville location is just this cool old house - perfect for the experience. The guy that runs things (embarrassed that I don't remember his name) is always upbeat, friendly, calmly hustling and overboard...

Delicious barbecue - both the chopped pork and brisket had a deep smoke flavor. Slaw and green beans were average. Collards were very good. Outdoor seating area could use some improvement, but that's not enough of a negative to keep me from returning. We will be back!
