Amazing customer service! Such kindness and generosity shown when my payment method could not be applied to my bill. Five community kids received the blessing because of this business and its staff. I remain grateful and pray that God blesses you as you have been a blessing to others. (oh....and the ice cream? Fantastic! YUM)
The warm waffle cone was amazing and the blueberry cheesecake ice cream was great too. I wish there were a few more flavors to choose from like turtle but all ended up being very good.
I’ve always loved Jack the Dipper’s ice cream, but this visit was disappointing. The staff working appeared to be two high school seniors, and the customer service was lacking. I clearly stated my order, but instead of repeating it back or asking for clarification, he assumed what I wanted. While the ice cream flavor was correct, I was given a waffle bowl instead of the waffle cone I asked for.
