Very rapid service! He repaired the broken part of my RP150 Baldwin Pianovelle and sent the part back to me. He will instruct you over the phone how to take the parts out and put them back in. I live thousands of miles from him and everything only took a week!!!
I had a Baldwin Pianoville that suddenly started to produce static. Unfortunately, no one local was willing to look at it. I found a reference for Ken through an online forum and contacted him. He claimed to have fixed over 500 Baldwin's so I was confident he could fix my electric piano. I sent both the main board and amp board to him and he was able to fix a few parts but unable to reproduce the static.
