This place has the worst customer service and the slowest staff I’ve seen. The point in ordering in the app is to skip the line. Well, not here. Ordered in app 20 minutes prior to arriving and still waited another 20 minutes. Absolutely worthless

I visit quite a few locations doing my job. I can say without a doubt,Sara is the most courteous and pleasant person out of all of them. She’s always positive,and has excellent interactions with all her customers,knowing some by name. She’s definitely an asset,and I think should be definitely considered for any future opportunities within the company.

The service was good but the lady that made my 6inch hot garlic and steak sandwhich wrapped it so tightly that when I enrolled it from the paper I had a smashed 3in sub that was about 2inches in diameter. Why do they do that? Please talk to your staff about how to properly wrap a sandwhich so they don't demolish it. Thank you.

The three employees who were working today for the lunch rush (10/12/24) worked very well together. They had the system flow down and customer service was fantastic! They communicated well with each other and the customers and did it all with positive attitudes. Thanks!

Filfthy nasty disgusting doesn't even half describe this subway. If your gonna cost a family of 4 45.00 and you have no clean tables. No clean floors. Filthy behind the counter this is unacceptable

My wrap tasted fine, but to call it a wrap would be a stretch. More like a "wad" of food mashed together, not wrapped at all. Kind of pathetic looking to be honest, learned my lesson on the wraps I guess.

live in sylva btw- got dinner on the way home from work. Ordered meatball and steak and cheese. All the toppings were switched. So chipotle south west sauce (extra) and everything else that was suppose to be on the steak and cheese was on the meatball. When called to ask for refund, immediately received tone from the woman on the phone and ended up being hung up on after asking for a refund. I tried calling back a few times and no answer. My husband calls a few times and finally gets an answer. Will be speaking to the manager today.

Terrible, got a salad lady did not put lettuce in it!!!! WHAT, all they did was throw the topping in it and I didn’t notice. Asked for cheese and they gave me ripped up sliced cheese????? It should be common since that when you ask for a salad that includes lettuce and shredded cheese…

This picture was taken at 7:45. They close at 9. They put the gate in front of the opening when I asked if they were still open. Employees are lazy, abrupt, and make terrible food. My wife ordered a six inch BLT and received two pieces of bacon.I know this review won't mean anything. People will go here or they won't. I just hope that management notices that I took time out of my day to rate a Subway in a Walmart. Your location is literally that bad.
