We were visiting the area, and my husband went in and had dinner there with our daughter. He placed a to go order with the kiosk and paid extra for three crunchy supreme tacos with extra cheese. Not only was there no extra cheese, there was barely enough cheese to be seen. For the next 55 minutes I called over 15 times and never got
an answer. When a person finally answered the phone, she was terribly rude and dismissive. I will never patronize this place again.

The chips tasted old and stale, the quesadillas were not cut. When your prices get ridiculously high, so do my expectations!!!! Do better!!!!

I don't know why this location is so much better than every other location of Taco Bell, but they run a tight ship. Never messed up an order even when I have weird alterations.
It's gotten to the point that I won't even eat at a Taco Bell unless it's this location because I'll end up disappointed.

My partner and I decided to go to this TB under the condition that the lobby was open, since I just purchased a new vehicle and don't want to eat in it. It was about 10pm at this point, and I know some places shut the lobby, but I didn't find anything online about it and upon arrival we don't see anything on the door saying it shuts. We arrive and the lobby *SEEMS* open, the lights are on, and the door is unlocked. I think, great, it is open, we can eat here! We go in, place our order via the kiosk, and multiple employees make eye contact and do not say anything to us as we find a seat and sit down. I notice this one employee is staring at us pretty much the entire time, but I assumed it was nothing. They call our name and we grab the food, SIT BACK DOWN, unpack it and I notice I am missing part of my order, so I kindly tell a lady on staff (the same one who was staring). She says my whole order should be in the bag, so I say it is not, and I offer to bring the bag AND receipt back over. She then calls another employee over, and they spend like 3 minutes looking over my order on the screen instead of just looking at my receipt. The lady she brought over then states that the lobby is closed and we need to take the food and leave. The employee I originally spoke to states that she had no clue why we were inside the restaurant, and asks how we got in (despite her seeing us walk in and place our order on the Kiosk). I didn't feel like arguing over it, but I told her the door was unlocked and that is how we got in (because how else would we have lol?, we didn't climb through the damn drive thru). We decided just to take the food and leave instead of arguing with her, but she was rude and seemed to be argumentative about it. I understand if the lobby is closed, I had no problem with that, but the way it was handled was not right. I would have been okay if they just said something BEFORE we placed the order instead of just staring at us, and honestly, if we knew the lobby was closed, we would have chosen to eat elsewhere.

Messed up my order. Instructed me that I could come get missing item in said order. I voluntarily went back at 10pm. I added a nacho ff and fresca drink. Which I very much intended to pay for. Minus the steak burrito that original order was missing. I got to the window and very apologetically stated I forgot my entire wallet. I was driving my husband's car. I again, in the most polite way explained I will only take the burrito. These two women running drive thru were very unprofessional and rude on another level. I get home and decide I would like the name of the store manager. I was hung up on. I proceeded to call back and no answer. I called continuously 24 times, no answer. I am very regular customer at this location as I live 2 minutes away. I can guarantee I will not return. I was in the service industry many years. I have managed a crew of my own. In any circumstance should this lack of professionalism and customer service be acceptable. Cookout is right across the street. And a lot cheaper. I will be following up with this store manager as soon as I can get in touch. Obviously calling isn't an option because you're hung up on very rudely. I also have saved my call log to have documentation. Just a nasty terrible experience.
