Went twice, and one time they locked the doors at 5 in the afternoon and just looked at us as we were getting drenched in rain. Today the workers walked right past us and didn’t tell us that they locked the doors early again. And also just paid 6 dollars for this!

They messed my order up tried calling back got hung up on several times tonight Dec 23 .2024 the girl wouldnt let me speak to manager so I kept trying to call then they laid phone off the hook.. this is shitty customer service., I want to know who this girl was and her answer for why she was so damn rude and not doing her job!!!!!!! If this is who taco bell hires they need to rethink who they hire!!!!!!

we live nearby and frequent here. it’s either super good or completely awful. we ordered tonight and our food was cold. we had ordered a grilled cheese burrito and a bean burrito and both had essentially nothing in them. if i pay $6 for 1 item there should be more than barely half a scoop of meat in it. it’s super frustrating and sad as taco bell is one of our favorites. would recommend checking all your items before leaving to make sure you get what you’re paying for

I eat here a lot since I work nearby and this place is always on point! The ladies working the drive-thru are awesome! I've never had a bad meal here either. Honestly, the prices are getting ridiculous and keep going up, but that is hardly the fault of the workers. Great place!
This Tacobell is the unicorn of all taco bells! They got our order right to the T and were so polite. Compared to all the tacobells this is the one you want! 20/10

We are lucky...our Taco Bell always has a 100% cleanliness rating, and excellent staff. Now that they have the Luxe meal (which is an excellent value) it's been our go to fast food for a while now.
