Woof Street Bistro did NOT disappoint 🔥

From the crispy, perfectly seasoned fries to the absolute BEST gator tail taco 🤤—everything was on point. And let’s talk about that sauce… it’s the bomb 💣

If you’re looking for something flavorful and different, this spot is a MUST. Highly recommend!

I don’t often eat at food trucks. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but what I got was phenomenal! I got fries with roumalade sauce and an alligator dog. Wow!! My buddy got one of the burgers and it was also great! Highly recommend stopping by if you see them!

We had their food at the WNC ag center this weekend. Freaking amazing! Everything was perfectly seasoned - from the gator dog and the spicy Cajun potatoes, to the ham soup and burger. Will be looking forward to eating from this food truck again.

Ordered the Beethoven for myself and the Impossible burger for my daughter. Both were fantastic and I was so happy to see vegetarian options! Great portion sizes too - we were both very full. Will definitely be back!

Very good food truck food. This place sells classic American food with a slight twist…it’s all canine themed.

The sliders and fries are delicious. I would come back to try all of them. I thought the okra fries were especially delicious.

The seating is clean and a bit scenic right along the river.

Price is a bit more than expected for NC food trucks…but we all ate lunch for around $20/pp.

There is a great brewery next door if you’re thirsty.

The gator sausage is better than what I had in a fancy New Orleans restaurant. Highly recommend. Also the fried okra was amazing. Looking forward to the next visit.

The food was amazing. We hired them to serve for my son's wedding rehersal dinner and they were reliable. They were great to work with and we had several food options available to us. They were so easy to work with and communication was excellent.
