Twenty minutes to get through four cars to order at 630pm. Order at 650pm. Out of fried chicken. 720 finally get order with no one else waiting because everyone else left. Got a Zalad. Salad had lettuce, Bleu cheese crumbles, grilled chicken and stale toast. This location is very hot or miss unfortunately they miss more than they hit.

Tried to place an online order and the app wasn’t working. Called the store to place the order and was told they don’t do call in orders. I told them the app wasn’t working and I got the same message., We can’t do call in orders. We had a pretty large order but guess they don’t care. What kind of place refuses to do call in orders especially if their app wasn’t working?

We ordered four meals online to be picked up in store. Food was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes for our food to be ready after arriving at the 15 minute wait time. We also had to return because we were missing items!! Ridiculous.

I placed an curbside order on the app, and went to the store to pick it up. I waited there for THIRTY MINUTES!!!!! AT LEAST! I then go inside to pick it up and Jess brushes me off and just tells me that she hasnt mafr the drinks yet. Now yes it was busy and im generally very patient with places that serve food especially during peak times. I tell her i will make the drinks myself (minus the milkshake i ordered that i realized i didnt have) while im making the drinks the machine stops pouring regular drinks and only dispenses the sugar free variants. There were NO medium cup lids so i left without it but this has been my WORST food experience EVER. This is sad since i frequent the restaurant.

i really enjoyed my visit, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, wasn't disappointed.
Our orders are never consistent. My husband and I always skip the slaw and get extra fries, and sometimes we look in the box to see barely 1 serving of fries. It’s also a 50/50 chance that they roll the tenders in sauce. Tonight, we got what looked like nuggets. The “tenders” are tiny and nothing like a year ago. I also order sweet tea and it will turn out to be unsweetened about 70% of the time.

I’ve never been to a zaxbys where ordering and receiving takes so long. It takes forever to simply be able to order your food and it is like this with every single visit and never improves.

27 minutes to get a chicken finger plate and zalad. Then had to go back to the counter ask for the dressing because they forgot it. The only reason this location is faster than Popeyes is because Popeyes closed.

Food was cold. And they also messed my order up. I paid for a meal and didn't get what I ordered. I paid the price but didn't get what I had ordered. I will not be going back when I travel to the mountains
