Bojangles' Reviews
To say I'm severely disappointed is an understatement. Stopped in with my husband (I've never been to a BoJangles before and have always wanted to try, but I've never seen one in Missouri where I'm from) so he stopped in for me to try it. First off, the girl at the register has the attitude of a wet mop. She did not smile, and frankly acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. I visited Bojangles in Weaverville NC today. I went inside and ordered the special which was two country ham biscuits for three dollars and then ask the cashier to add egg to both biscuit. Bojangles is a popular restaurant with a drive-thru service. The food is generally good, with standout items like Cajun chicken biscuits, potato rounds, and boberry biscuits. The spice on the chicken is great, and the potato rounds are delicious. However, some locations may have issues, such as being out of stock or serving undercooked fries. Recently, customer experiences have varied greatly. One guest described their visit as severely disappointing, highlighting a lack of cleanliness and poor service. They noted that the bathroom was dirty and the food was not fresh, including dry chicken and unappealing biscuits. Another customer reported a long wait of 30 minutes in the drive-thru and received fewer potato rounds than expected. Despite these issues, some loyal customers have been visiting for over 20 years and believe the biscuits are the best in the area, although they dislike waiting in long lines. It's essential to be patient and hope for a better experience.
