This is one of our favorite restaurants and we will return! The garlic rolls are superb. On our last visit we ordered the Buffalo Mozzarella salad as appetizer which was fresh and refreshing. For main entrees we had the Parmesan Crusted Trout and the special Pork Cheeks Pasta. The trout dish was delicious and the ingredients complemented each other; highly recommend this dish! The pork cheeks pasta was ok, but not spectacular..it lacked flavor and was a bit watered down. Atmosphere...
We had a nice meal at Glass Onion Tavern. My favorite salad is arugula with either apple or watermelon. Two of us had the baked chicken with seasonal vegetables which was way TOO SALTY. The other two diners had salmon and wild boar ragu which seemed fine. The wait staff was wonderful.
Wonderful local restaurant that offers delicious meals. New owners have maintained the best of the previous owners while adding interesting dinners. Comfortable, friendly atmosphere and staff.
