Been ordering here a few years and usually things are ok or what you expect from fast food pizza joints. Unfortunately I finally had to post a review due to little things over time and finally just too much going wrong in an order. I don't like to leave bad reviews usually since it changes constantly based on workers and time of day but you kind of expect some sort of consistency.

Order took 1 hour longer than eta, no big deal things happen, pizza was missing...

Great food customer service is okay. It's not excellent, it's not bad.I really don't know what to say about the atmosphere. Because there's no dine in, so you don't really have an atmosphere. It's just like Little Caesars running in grab it and leave. They do have a lot more choices than most pizza places.. some pretty good deals if you have the app downloaded And with the app you get a rewards program ?

The Sunday staff a Papa John’s Weaverville have great customer service down pat!! John, the nice guy that waited on me, was so kind to help me find the latest deals available at their store! The pizza and pizza bowl turned out AWESOME!! Thank you John!!! Or should I say Papa John!!
