Always a stop when I visit my families hometown. Food isn’t the same as back in the day. BBQ needs to be cooked longer with the vinegar. But Ralph’s will always hold a special place in my heart. 😁
I mean this place has been here for over 40 years. The food has not changed and it's a Wednesday and Sunday tradition for a lot of families to meet up and eat there. And they are closed on Mondays!
I miss the old Ralph's BBQ before they remodeled. I used to eat here every week. The new Ralph's is almost completely buffet and is a little pricey for a bbq joint. I still prefer the menu, I order the old fashion bbq combination with chopped bbg and fried chicken. One meal is usually enough for my wife and I both to split. The tea and cole slaw is old fashion sweet... I think the food is good and the place is clean.
