I’ve tried giving this Domino’s multiple chances, but the service just keeps getting worse. Every time I order online, the wait is way longer than it says, even when it’s not busy. Orders are messed up more often than not, and most of the staff are rude or dismissive when you bring it up. The only respectful, helpful person here is the young lady, she’s the only reason I haven’t given up sooner. Everyone else acts like they don’t care about customers at all. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Domino’s.

If I could give them 1 star I would. This is the absolute most unprofessional location I have ever been too. Like an idiot I keep ordering from here thinking this would be the last time they mess up an order. Nope. WRONG! Once you call or complain about it, they transfer you to 3 different managers who are all incompetent. People have attitudes and are rude. If you can go anywhere else, please do, because it’s not worth the headaches.

I left ONE star not because I had too but because out of the two pizzas I ordered tonight on 3/3/25 At 9:10pm the pepperoni pizza was burnt and whoever made the pizza knew before he or she closed the box on the pizza. The sausage pizza was just ok because I could see the pizza even though it was dry. I called back and was placed on hold TWICE for more than 10 minutes but I regret not taking my kids to another pizza spot tonight fr. I’m exhausted and didn’t feel like driving all the way back to sit for another 30 minutes. I will be posting a picture below

Im giving 2 stars just because the gentalman who brought the food to our car was very friendly. I ordered a half cheese half peperoni and beef. Pizza was poorly cut and there was hardly any cheese on the cheese half. Stuffed cheese bread was poorly cut and much smaller than previous orders. Wings were not sauced, just a light drizzle which was disappointing. The chicken habanaro sandwich was the only thing made correctly other than it not being cut. It will be a while before I order here again.

0 Freaking Stars. Why are their pubes in my food. From the Root ? If not pubes why is a beard hair in my food. This is the second time I ordered and found hair in my freaking food. Like do you all know kids eat this food as well. Would you want your children to eat pubes/hair?
