I ordered takeout from the app. The app said my order would be ready in 18-20 minutes. 20 minutes later I was there. It took another 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Everything is disorganized and no one cares if customers are inconvenienced. Nothing is anyone's fault and no one knows what's going on. It's been a long time since I visited this location and I seriously doubt I'll ever try it again

Was horrible they never delivered the pizza at all . Kept on hold assuming they recognized the number, then showed up to pick it up and had about 10 employees hanging around and pizzas were not done so had to get refunded

Needed a receipt for business purposes, had to go in three separate times for a receipt that finally showed paid, but still didn't get one that showed last four digits of credit card used for my boss to use it for her records. Nobody in there knew what they were doing. Food tasted great, service was extremely minimalistic.

We live a bit too far for delivery, but it's great for carry out. Pizza's normally done before I get there. We enjoy a variety of pizza, but Domino's often has some good deals and sometimes things the other places don't offer.
A new Domino’s is coming closer to my home but is not currently open to order from. I placed my order online line I’ve done several times with no problem. They call me to cancel my order because they no longer delivers to me. They no longer deliver to me because there is a closer store THAT ISNT OPEN yet. So you cancel my food 20 minutes after I order it and have no solutions. Crummy service.

There is a reason this location continues to get one start reviews. Someone please intervene. Customer Service is always terrible and nobody cares if there are any issues with your order. Long wait times, even when you show the tracker as “ready.” You can tell the staff is extremely lazy by how your food looks coming out, just look at the pictures in the reviews. Our card was charged 3 times online after saying “payment unable to process” it certainly did process! And 3 times at that! No confirmation email and no food made. When we went inside to tell them what happened they instructed us to try again. We told them it didn’t work and has already charged us 3 times. They refused to honor any discount or online code in store. And would not let us pay in store! It’s 2025 and I’m still confused as to why they can’t honor any online discounts in the store! Come on! They offered zero help whatsoever.

We live about 4 miles from the store but it is very busy coming this way so it takes much longer to get here. Maybe we order every other week and get the best pizza and drivers. Today was the best of the best. My husband said it was cooked perfectly and it was. We appreciate you being in town to take care of us.
The employees at this dominos location off from Wendell Boulevard treats everybody like family from the first time they walk through the door to the moment they exit the door. Your order will be right you will get exact change. The store stays clean. Everybody does like they need everybody is 100% the best at this location in my opinion

Overall the food was tasty and accurate... But the time before anyone address me when I was in the store after being told via text it was ready was slow... Very slow .. the one that eventually did help me was busy pressing out dough and saucing them... Three of them, before she looked at me and handed me the 5 boxes within her arms reach... Normally it wouldn't be a big deal but there was a guy next to her just wiping things down...

I’ve tried giving this Domino’s multiple chances, but the service just keeps getting worse. Every time I order online, the wait is way longer than it says, even when it’s not busy. Orders are messed up more often than not, and most of the staff are rude or dismissive when you bring it up. The only respectful, helpful person here is the young lady, she’s the only reason I haven’t given up sooner. Everyone else acts like they don’t care about customers at all. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Domino’s.
