So, my husband won a gift card to Hardee's. I stopped there on the way home from work today to get dinner. I ended up getting a 20-piece chicken tender box. It smelled really good and, by the time I got home, I was ready to eat. The tenders were still hot and were cooked perfectly.
Pricewise, I think everything is pretty expensive right now! But Hardee's is comparable to other fast food restaurants - not more expensive, but also not less expensive.

Service varies this time very friendly other times was rude and dismissive. Food varies as well. Mushroom burger and crinkle fries always good but pricey. Other items not impressed such as grilled cheese kids meal.

They got rid of their fried chicken, that sucked. We had chicken tenders, and they were good. They put one of our bags off fries in the bag sideways, but they were still tasty. 😀

Just got a regular cheese burger. And the bread was so hard , but I haven't ate so I took a bit anyway. Well it tasted like it was cooked yesterday and just threw together with a hole lot of ketchup and mustard. The nasty burger ever. I'm so mad. I'm just in town visiting so just waiting this to give people a heads up . Oh and I got it at 12:30 pm. Lunch Time. Smh do better Hardee's.

Hey had the most terrible experience with Hardee's drive-thru all their prices were incorrect for the breakfast menu especially the loaded omelet biscuit advertising for 369 but then they're charging you $379 to $4 for the biscuit and then they won't correct it and the sign is still out as of November 5th I definitely don't recommend this location at all that's why they went out of business in Knightdale poor customer service!!

My oder was a #7 combo meal. When I got to the window to pay my order had been deleted which meant the order had to be placed again. I ended up waiting 10 minutes for the wrong order to be brought out. Then my burger without any fries was brought out and the burger was cold. The disorganization was appealing. DO better.

I am taking the time to comment on my recent visit to this Hardee's bc the cleanliness and atmosphere was at a level warranting remark. Refreshing to both eye and nose. And the food was good too! Well done!
People don’t go to this fast food place or should I say slow food very rude unprofessional ghetto people working that doesn’t care about your food and service. Food was cold and was very overly dressed with mayo and ketchup. Worst Hardee’s around the area!

I come here once in a while because this location is a hit or a miss. The afternoon crew is typically on point but this was a morning visit. I can't find my receipt to be sure of her name but the Caucasian lady, possibly a manager, was not welcoming. I asked for my chicken biscuit extra crispy and she stated “if i do it that way, it will be an extra 5 mins” , which is fine; I like my chicken crispy. Instead she did what she wanted and my chicken is not crispy more like soggy. The hashbrowns were crispier than my chicken , yuck.
