Spent about 30 mins waiting for my food after placing on mobile app. I went to pick up the food about 10 mins after placing the order, waited in drive thru line about 5 mins, then waited an additional 10 mins for my food to prepared. When I finally got to my food and checked it, there was a label on my Big Mac box that said clearly no onions, but it was loaded with onions when I opened it. I had to go back in the line to wait an additional 15 mins cause the line grew since I had waited so long, the doors were locked due to them having the inside closed because of the weather. Bottom line I will never come to this location again. Horrible experience. The food wasn’t even all that and they served old fries.

Apparently if you ask for no pickle and mustard, no matter how clear you are they will slather your item with mustard. 5 times in a row now..... they also occasionally throw unopened ketchup packets under your bun. They are intentionally screwing with customers. Mcdonalds has always been pretty garbage anyways

Look I usually don’t say anything. However this service sucked I ordered on the app then they deleted it. I could see the receipt on the counter so now I’m out $23 dollars. I said screw it I’ll just order in person then the cashier got it wrong and made me buy $32 more dollars.

Every time I go to this McDonalds location I receive friendly service and the wait is minimal. This is my favorite location locally for us. I hope that it continues to stay that way. Food is always hot and order is normally correct.
