Every time I go to this McDonalds location I receive friendly service and the wait is minimal. This is my favorite location locally for us. I hope that it continues to stay that way. Food is always hot and order is normally correct.

My team went and ate this restaurant after a game the entire team came in for dinner….. i inquired of the free bus drivers meal and management and the employment were rude. i was ok with paying for my meal however this is the first time they didnt acknowledge the bus driver free meal…… when i asked to speak with someone i was given the wrong number and the manager continued bagging orders and ignored me….. as i said i paid for my meal but next tine my team and i will not stop here.

I was just at the Drive through at this location and I ordered a large fries. I specifically requested “large hot and fresh fries “ when I got to the payment window, she had the fries, I asked her was it hot because if it’s not, I do not want it ? She said yes it’s hot. I paid, took the fries and drove back to work. To my surprise, they put very cold and soggy fries in the bottom of the pack about half and put few hot fries on the top. How disrespectful, dishonest and rude is that??! I will never return here again and will definitely tell my coworkers and won’t to either.

My girls and wife love coming here from time to time. Play area is very clean which is not common at fast food places. Food is fresh and staff is friendly!
It's just mcds. Once cheap food now expensive so-so food. Coke always good, fries it's a gamble. Service can also be a gamble.

Never been to a drive thru where I’ve been summarily ignored. Flat ignored. 2-3 cars went through the second drive thru lane while I sat there, looking at the menu. I pulled out and the car behind me pulled up, “ will you be using the mobile app today”? Got to place their order. I’m actually glad I didn’t give this franchise my money. Been in Wendell 21 years and I will never be back to this location, ever. And I’ll be telling my story and asking everyone else in the area to avoid it as well.

My food is always hot and fresh.. I've never really been disappointed at the Wendell McDonald's. the only flustered experience I had, was the app wouldn't let me order lunch the other day . I tried up til 10:48 to order then I gave up and left... I thought breakfast was over at 10:30 am ?? 🤔💬💬
