It's just mcds. Once cheap food now expensive so-so food. Coke always good, fries it's a gamble. Service can also be a gamble.

Never been to a drive thru where I’ve been summarily ignored. Flat ignored. 2-3 cars went through the second drive thru lane while I sat there, looking at the menu. I pulled out and the car behind me pulled up, “ will you be using the mobile app today”? Got to place their order. I’m actually glad I didn’t give this franchise my money. Been in Wendell 21 years and I will never be back to this location, ever. And I’ll be telling my story and asking everyone else in the area to avoid it as well.

My food is always hot and fresh.. I've never really been disappointed at the Wendell McDonald's. the only flustered experience I had, was the app wouldn't let me order lunch the other day . I tried up til 10:48 to order then I gave up and left... I thought breakfast was over at 10:30 am ?? 🤔💬💬

A 0 star rating should be allowed. This location is constantly getting the orders incorrect. The reciept will be correct but the items in the bag don't match. Go to the McDonalds on Wendell falls.

6 am I order two sausage McMuffins and four hashbrowns with a large SWEET tea and a large hi c orange. Upon paying for said order the employee swore I only ordered two sandwiches. After taking 5 minutes of my life to explain that wasn’t the case she finally rang up the correct order. I receive my order with the correct number of items but then taste my drink which turned out to be unsweetened tea. Why is it so hard to get simple orders right? It’s like every time I go here I gotta argue with the employees about my order.
My son just left, I was craving my Sunday! Got home and had hair in my whipped cream! I was livid and they were closed. I want a refund or new Sunday made in front of me! I was extremely disappointed 😔 My mobile order number was BX28.

Not a bad in store visit. But while dinning in the middle of lunch on a Saturday the staff is mopping the floor under elderly people feet and the entire dinning room. This is a great fall risk regardless of a sign this is negligence. Why not wait until after lunch rush there were no spills or anything. Restrooms closed in middle other lunch for cleaning.

It's better than the McDonald's in Zebulon NC but then that wouldn't take much food here was somewhat fresh service is much better than you'll ever get at the Zebulon location but it's still a McDonald's never gonna be great.
