Single worst Subway I've ever been to. Shady, unreliable hours. Crappy inside. Just the worst.

Ordered food on the subway app for pickup only to arrive to a closed store at 6pm. You can see the workers inside hanging out with the lights out. I tried to get a refund for my order with no luck. You live and you learn...never again!

I think the good workers that were there have quit. The only helpful and honest guy said it was his last day. They were out of multiple fresh veggies, didn't honor the coupon we brought, and attempted to push the buttons on the 'tip' part of the pay screen. Could have just been an accident but it was very, very weird. They didn't follow the order we asked for so we read off the menu to the lady as she made the order. She kept forgetting what to put on the sandwich, but didn't forget what magically was/wasn't allowed to use with our coupon. They were all made up things we couldn't use our coupon with and not listed anywhere on the original coupon. Literally we watched her add to the list of cant use that with that coupon. We only go to subway if we have a coupon because it's gotten so expensive but we won't go back to that subway ever again. It should be run by the guy who was quiting that day.

I went to subway and saw new people working there. According to the owner, he let the old crew go and hired new people. My sub was actually pretty good and fresh. It was the best sub I have ordered from that subway in a very long time. I will be going back as long as he keeps the people he has working now.
