Eating at Boondocks is always wonderful. My parents retired and moved to this area. Whenever we visit them we always end up at Boondocks 2 or 3 times over the course of a long weekend. If it’s just to grab beers and appetizers for a short break between the walking and shopping or for a full meal.
The service is friendly and prompt. The food is always delicious with a great selection of beer and cocktails.

We paid $80 for some of the greasiest, driest deep fried garbage on our honeymoon
Our waitress (Muriel) was insanely slow, she checked my ID and took my drink order and then sent another girl out to double check my ID, they were out of the item on the menu that would've made my drink order unique, my husband saw his beer sitting at the bar directly behind us for roughly 10 minutes, and it arrived flat, it took 45 minutes for our entree order to be taken, we ended up ordering everything to go once she finally took our order because the service was so poor. I also requested another server and was just plain ignored, no yes or no. Will not be returning.

I stopped by Boondocks for an early dinner at 4:00 p.m. on a Saturday. It took forever before I was waited on. When my food finally arrived, the order was wrong, the food was lukewarm, the meatloaf was burned on the top and side, and I had no napkins or silverware. They finally corrected the order and I asked for some bread. The waitress said she would bring me garlic bread and
it arrived after I had finished my dinner. She charged me $1.50 for it and said it was too late to change the bill even though I didn't eat it. It was a totally unsatisfying experience. I cannot recommend this place for the food or the service..

The service was good, the food was terrible. Green beans and potatoes were cold, pork steak was good, sloppy Joe made my wife sick. We thought we would give it another try but this is the last time we will be eating here. Boonedocks is on the way out and I hope we get a better restaurant in town.

We had them cater tacos for our wedding weekend at Twickenham House. The two gentlemen who served were very kind. We had comments from multiple people how good the food was.

Serena was our sever and she knocked it out of the park...super attentive and freindly.she made sure we had drinks topped off and her and the kitchen staff got our food out quickly and everything was great!
1 Dude, stop putting everything on ciabatta bread? Have you ever tried to eat a burger on it? Everything just slides off and it is literally the worst bread. Atleast offer a regular bun for those who don't want that trash. 2 What is your obsession with sloppy joe sauce? Just stop. Also your veggie bowl is absolute garbage. Rethink your regretful decisions
