I love O's Thai Express! The menu changes weekly. Delicious food with vegetarian and vegan options! The desserts and drinks are so beautiful to look at and taste just as good as they look. This is some of the healthiest food you can get in Ashe and a lot of care is put into preparing it.Vegetarian options: Every week there is usually a vegetarian option. You can order the curry or Laab with Tofu and it's amazing!
They pick a few dishes and really make them great, which I like better than having a million options with less thought put in them.You can tell they're really passionate about what they're cooking and will tell you anything you want to know about it.

Best Thai food I've had in a long time. The owners are super nice and hospitable. I had the curry and added chili oil and it was nice and spicy. 100% worth the drive and will absolutely be back.
