Best Thai food I've had in a long time. The owners are super nice and hospitable. I had the curry and added chili oil and it was nice and spicy. 100% worth the drive and will absolutely be back.

I love O's Thai Express! The menu changes weekly. Delicious food with vegetarian and vegan options! The desserts and drinks are so beautiful to look at and taste just as good as they look. This is some of the healthiest food you can get in Ashe and a lot of care is put into preparing it.Vegetarian options: Every week there is usually a vegetarian option. You can order the curry or Laab with Tofu and it's amazing!

Fantastic service by far the best in Ashe County I’ve ever had. Food was really good however the rotating menu made it hard for me to get my favorite food however I understand! Atomism here was good but it’s only outside seating so eating in a rainy or cold day sucks, my suggestion is a large outdoor space heater/torch! All around great place with fantastic owners who explain everything and showed how to eat certain things and what to expect. Loved it and will be going back today actually!

My husband and I were in town for the weekend and decided to try this place. I wanted Laab at first but they ran out so I chose green curry instead and it was delicious! Big portion for a great price. The owners even gave us a free cake and a tea! The hidden gem in Jefferson. Would totally go back and get the Laab next time! 10/10 recommend!!

Wonderful food!!The gluten free gingerbread cake with cranberry filling and cream cheese frosting was amazing & delicious!!The massaman curry with squash and tofu, was so yummy, and very nourishing, made with quality ingredients!! O is super friendly, fun, and an excellent cook and baker! Highly recommended!

My friends and I were in West Jefferson for the day when we stumbled upon the owner. He invited us over to have dinner! I had the Chicken Satay which was amazing! The Thai almond sauce was so delicious! I highly recommend checking out this small family business if you’re in the area!
