A wide variety of overpriced and mediocre burgers. They attract a lot of tourists walking through town. Better burgers can be had for less at Black Jacks just down the street.

Our family ordered 4 different burgers and 3 different sides and each were delicious. No masks were required by customers ? but staff were wearing them. Music and environment were awesome and we would agree with the description of gourmet burgers— all the ingredients were fresh and delicious. Ice cream looked yummy, but we were too full to eat any after eating our delicious meal.

I don’t love calling out small businesses but I truly feel generous giving them two stars. This is a tourist trap if I’ve ever seen one (and we aren’t really tourists…we live in the area). Those “100% Angus Beef” burgers were nothing more than a thick version of the soy patties the school cafeteria served when I went to school. None of my family finished their burgers ($45!!) because they had a terrible texture (it’s the soy/mystery meat blend). I feel like they should be held to account for lying about serving “100% meat”. Afterwards, we gave them more of our money (because we’d all gotten pretty excited about milkshakes while ordering) and I was still hungry because I couldn’t choke down that burger. Though, I figured you couldn’t mess up a chocolate milkshake, mine came out warm and tasting like pure cocoa powder with zero sugar. I thought maybe it was just me, but my kids spit it out when they tried it and my husband thought it was gross, too. I’m sorry but go next door to Black Jack’s to get a real burger.

Beautiful town I plan to revisit. We stayed at the AirBNB next door, so we stuck our head in and asked what time they closed so we could come back downstairs for a ice cream later. As I walked up to the door put my hand on the handle, the person inside gave me a not so nice look and locked the door, then went back inside. I will go back to the town, but not to that shop.

The staff were very kind. We, however, did not enjoy our food at all. I had a all beef hot dog and tater tots. The bun was stale. The tots tasted like the oil in the fryer hadn't been changed in a while. My significant ordered the Burbon Burger. He wasn't a fan. The burger is obviously frozen. For being known as a burger place, pretty disappointing.

Higher expectations based on the photos of the burgers. Burgers tasted fine but remind me of pre made frozen patties. Fries were cold and had been sitting under heat lamp. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good atmosphere.
I just discovered this place and let me tell ya it did not disappoint! The burger was delicious the fries were yummy & the chocolate milkshake was on point!

I've eaten at a few of the places that serve burgers in downtown West Jefferson and this is one of the better ones. As another reviewer said, the place next door that claims to have the best burgers needs to concede the title to Burgers Y'all. My family ate here on a hot, busy weekend day and the food was quick, the staff was nice, and everything was delicious.
