Horrible option in Ashe County, spent over 5 minutes in line to go inside and spend over 15 more minutes. Two employees eating food at prep line in plain sight, manager present too. Left with no food and got a refund. Just don’t waste your time.

How can a restaurant be bad at the one thing they are suppose to be good at cooking chicken. That was the worst chicken I ever had in my life. Almost threw up taking a bite of it. Had to throw away the whole box, but I couldn't even go back to the restaurant for a refund because it's run by high-school kids.

We were there at 7:15 pm Nov 10. 2024. I have to say Kylee deserves a raise. She was friendly, fast and made sure we had our order right. Very impressed with her work skills. She is someone that KFC is lucky to have.
I'm ashamed to say I sat in drive thru for this long. I watched a customer go in and eat and come back out before I ordered my meal. The drive through staff member put me on hold at the speaker for 5 minutes while he took out the trash then decided to take my order. A total of 17 minutes. Unacceptable for a drive through.
