This kfc located in the middle of no where needs to be shut down. The management is very poor the service from other employees stinks. The food is never what I ordered. They’d rather give you the smallest portion possible so they don’t have to cook more. Like it’s overall ridiculous.

We were accused of lying in order to steal a taco. We had ordered the day before (12/26) through the drive thru and the taco was made incorrectly. We went through the drive thru today to order some drinks and to ask if they could just remake the taco for us. Their answer was, did you call to make a complaint? No, we just decided to handle in person, as it was just ONE TACO. The manager (Renee) said they only remade food if you called ahead of time so they could add you to a list. I’m not sure how that makes ANY difference but you could tell she wasn’t the brightest and just wanted to give us a hard time. I even told her the name of the cashier who checked us out the day before and would absolutely recognize us but she didn’t care. I asked for her manager’s number or email and she said she couldn’t give me anything. I asked how I could then speak to the area supervisor and she said there was no way I ever could.To the RGM: Your manager could’ve handled a customer issue easily but would rather accuse us of lying in order to obtain a measly taco. Meanwhile, we only ordered 3 items today and were still missing one of them after leaving the line. I know this is just fast food but the incompetence is on an entirely comical level! I am only visiting and can’t be chasing a Taco Bell manager over a taco and a freakin cheesy Gordita crunch but I’ll make sure to avoid this location and advise all other visitors to the area do the same.

Sat in the drive-thru for almost 25 minutes, including placing my order!! Then was parked for an additional 10 minutes. I get it, it was lunchtime, but still. It's always "no one wants to work" or "the pay sucks." There has to be some semblance of a common ground there. Folks usually only have an hour for their lunches, they shouldn't have to spend over half of it waiting.

They are pretty good. I think they have only messed up my order once in the last year or so and they fixed it. They also have large order of fries and not everywhere does.

One problem I have with this location is that there's never paper towels in the ladies room. I have skin cancer and can't use blow dryers. Also, it shouldn't take 30 mins @ 8pm to get 2 Quesadillas, 1 Burrito, and 3 tacos.... There was plenty help so that's not an excuse.Wheelchair accessibility: Great
Best chicken I've ever eaten at a fast food place. The chicken, the strips, sandwich, even the pot pie. Delicious! Hot. Crunchy. The fries are amazing. Biscuits are soft not like hockey pucks. Staff is professional. Eating areas are clean. When a restaurant is busy like lunch time at 2pm...ya know it's good! Good job staff and manager!

U go through drive thru and order and pay and drive home and only have half your order....how do u think I should feel...had to go back....it cost me more money in gas I live in crumpler 11 miles one way....not very happy with kfc..it was 7:45 pm Sunday night and not busy at all...very

Sunday, August 20, 2023This was a huge KFC compared to the one where I live. Server knew what he was doing and was helpful with ordering but they needed another one for the amount of people pouring in. This was take out for two. It took a bit of a wait for food to come out. Had to go back and get dipping sauce as they forgot to put in. Seemed clean inside. Food was good except they gave a very small tender with the 5 piece order. Also ordered famous bowl.
