The seafood was great! The slaw (which we got apparently by default) has cilantro mixed in which made for a unique flavor. The po'boys were a disappointment though--perhaps consider renaming to "shrimp sandwich"? On a burger bun with mixed greens and a bit of tomato and missing the remoulade we ordered. The 6 shrimp on the sandwich were tasty and fresh, but definitely not up to true po'boy standards. Don't bother with the fries either--flavorless and overcooked.

High Country Seafood Co. offers delicious and fresh seafood, known for their tasty steamed oysters and unique slaw with cilantro. While their po'boys, served on a burger bun with mixed greens, shrimp, and a bit of tomato, may not meet traditional standards, the shrimp itself is flavorful and fresh. The fries were less popular. Erin, Bryce, and Tim provide excellent service and quality ingredients. Their Seafood Arrabbiata Rigatoni is a must-try.
