Spent 15 min in the drive-through for 2 sausage biscuits, hash browns, 2 Dr. & coffee-weak, but then had to "pull forward" to wait another 8 min. 5 cars went around me from the drive thru. Biscuits room temp. Only Hash browns were hot. Very disappointed.
The only problem was I got a bacon cheeseburger with my points and they gave me a regular cheeseburger but besides that it was Good the cheeseburger was hot and fresh and good and they was

There is only one person at this McDonald’s I have an issue with. She is consistently rude and snappy. She should not be in the service industry. The old African American lady that works there with the glasses is always causing an issue when I’m there, when literally no Interaction with her is necessary. She should be stuck somewhere far in the back with a mop or something so she doesn’t have to inconvenience herself with the customers.
