There is only one person at this McDonald’s I have an issue with. She is consistently rude and snappy. She should not be in the service industry. The old African American lady that works there with the glasses is always causing an issue when I’m there, when literally no Interaction with her is necessary. She should be stuck somewhere far in the back with a mop or something so she doesn’t have to inconvenience herself with the customers.

Spent 15 min in the drive-through for 2 sausage biscuits, hash browns, 2 Dr. & coffee-weak, but then had to "pull forward" to wait another 8 min. 5 cars went around me from the drive thru. Biscuits room temp. Only Hash browns were hot. Very disappointed.

We have eaten here at least twice a week for two years. Don't ask why, too long a story, but I have a real issue with the fries. They are consistently barely warm. Occasionally they are actually warm and once they were actually hot. Only once. How? Even when service is very fast, and it's usually pretty quick, fries are still all but cold. I used to work in a McDonald's, so I'm doubly confused about how this happens.

Better allow at least 30min waiting in drive thru, better check your items before leaving. At least 60% of time you don't get what you ordered, or lacking something you requested.

Nice and clean restaurant, friendly staff, order was correct, and was made quickly. I recommend using the McDonalds app while on the way there so when you walk in the door it’s ready and being handed to you!
