Little Caesars Pizza

I usually order online and never have a problem but I went in after work so I ordered in the lobby. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and an Italian cheese bread. They said it would be a 15 minute wait which was no problem. 45 minutes later I ask for an update on my order and the girl at the counter looks and finds my ICB but tells me she can’t find my pizza. I wait another 10 minutes. Of course by the time I get home the ICB is stone cold and the pizza is burnt.

Their pizza is always good & you can't beat the price! I love it! Everyone has always been nice, too.

Sorry to say once again the cheese bread was very doughy. This is the third time we have ordered this and bread was not done. Love little Caesar’s but done with this. Very unhappy

I went in to get pizza was double charged, when I tried to speak to the store manager about it she was rude because she said it was pending. Then when I called to get it settled the next day I was told she would call me back and never did.

My wife and I really enjoy the Pizza Crazy Bread combo. Always quick and hot at a ridiculously low price. Really like that they give free pizza to the needy.

Even after ordering online my pizza was still 30 mins late.. They were serving people who came in after me. Won't go back

There are 2 Subways within a 1/4 mile of one another but neither are ever open despite hours posted online as “open”. I once ordered a sandwich on the app from the Walmart store and when I arrived the store was locked and dark. The other store up the street is no better. Please don’t give me some sad story about not having people to work, they don’t pay enough…blah blah blah. Not interested. So 1. If the store is not open, y’all need to make that known on the app. 2. If they can’t keep the store open, then the franchise should be closed. No wonder Subway is in trouble and has to take their business to China to stay afloat. At least close one of these stores if you can’t staff one!

We love the ICB and crazy bread. It's the only 2 things we get from here. But we love them! We love the fact we can take 10.00 bucks and get this for a snack to take to the park and never have to wait or wait long on it. The staff was supper friendly and thanked me for coming the past 2 times we gave went. I was welcomed both times as soon as I step in the door.
