I just wish they could get an order right especially after waiting over 40 minutes in the drivethru just to get parked and then completely forgotten. When I politely went in to get help i was ignored and talked to horribly from the manager. I won’t be going back to this McDonald’s! The only nice thing I can say is the ladies working at the window were very nice

The wait, drive-thru line, and wait time is absolutely absurd. What is going on with their drive-thru? Not to mention the food is not even warm at all.

Oh McD's...what happened? This restaurant is ALWAYS busy. We love ourselves some McD's. Their food is hot, and typically correct to the order. But... they really need to consult with Chick Fil A on their service. We, along with probably 10 others, had to wait 20 minutes or more for a basic egg McMuffin meal. In their defense, labor is scarce anymore and it is sad. There is work out there for those that want to work. Thank you to the McD staff that did show for work that day. Keep your head up, maybe you will get more staff in the future.

This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced!!! It took 50min in the drive thru… finally had to go inside and wait another 10min just for someone to acknowledge me just for them to finally get our food and practically throw it in my face. We couldn’t even cancel our order or get a refund. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered through app and waited in curbside parking for over 30 minutes. Burgers and fries were cold and drink was incorrect. Burgers had 2 bottom buns, no top bun

Waited 45 mins in line to get told at the mic they are short staff and closing 2 1/2 hours early, Just close permanently and let someone who can run a business take over. When you do get to order they never get your order right.

Went to drive through Saturday night. It literally took 35 mins for them to serve me and 4 cars infront of me. I ordered a big Mac and a dubble cheeseburger
The bigmac was OK but the cheeseburger didn't have any ketchup or anything. It was just a burger and cheese on a bun.

Why does Mc Donald's in West Jefferson open two lanes when they can't even handle the take out orders inside??? 16 min in line and didn't even order. Had to have people move and cancel App order to not be late.....
Ridiculous, just open what you can staff. Slowest Drive- Thru around.

So. What's the point of the #s for your table if they just yell out your food order and make you come up to the counter to pick it up. And it seems if they are out of something they wont tell you. They'll just give you a substitute or nothing at all.
