I stopped by the Starbucks inside Ingles, and the barista clearly didn’t know the difference between an iced espresso and an Americano, which is pretty basic. My drink, which is actually very simple to make, was completely botched. It tasted awful and nothing like what I ordered. For a place that carries the Starbucks name, this was honestly the worst experience I’ve had. I won’t be coming back to this location

We were visiting the area for my birthday and wasn’t able to get my free Starbucks. They don’t honor birthday drinks! Plus, the worker was rude about it.

EXTREMELY rude staff who does not want to be there. There was a family in front of us who had a small child and they were being very polite and the cashier kept asking and rolling her eyes “ANYTHING ELSE?” “ANYTHING ELSE?” Every time they said something. It then happened to us. I asked if they had a certain kind of egg bite and she again, rolled her eyes, huffed, and said “IF ITS NOT UP THERE, WE DON’T HAVE IT.” I just went over to receive my order after that. She rolled her eyes and was snappy to my fiancee and his friend as well. The girl making the drinks was obviously irritated with every order that she received. We ended up not receiving our spinach and feta wrap, so my fiancee went back in and the cashier huffed and puffed and he ended up telling her that if she was going to have an attitude then he didn’t want it, with her rolling her eyes again. I have maybe left one review ever, but I’ve never seen anything like this. This was the morning staff on Sunday, July 27th.

Terrible! They overcharge and can’t seem to get the orders right. They don’t participate in Order Ahead or any of Starbucks rewards - don’t waste your time - go to Bohemia down the street.
