Taco Bell just can’t seem to get it together around here. $50 worth of food and no sauces in the bag? And I don’t know,,, maybe if the customer pays extra for an extra ingredient or substitution you’d add or substitute it? I’ve worked at Taco Bell before, it’s not hard to see on your screen. FATHER BELL IS ASHAMED‼️‼️

I ordered a taco combo at the drive thru , the restaurant served me a hot drink with no ice . I hadn’t paid yet told them just to refund the drink I didn’t want it . They had a little ice in lobby and put it on top of the Pepsi . It wasn’t enuf the drink was still hot and now carbonation gone from the soda . I pulled around took the drink back inside and told them i appreciate the effort but drink was still hot and now flat could you refund the $ for the drink. The lady said she couldn’t refund the drink if I ordered it in a combo . I said yes you can the difference in price is 1.79 . She insisted she couldn’t do it . I said you can’t serve me hot flat soda and tell me you can’t keep it and give me my money back for not acceptable product. So it turned into a loud conversation that could’ve been avoided in the drive thru by changing the order from a combo to just charging me for the 3 tacos. So I spent money for a product no one consumed because she was stupid . No other way to say it just ignorant and stupid and if she was a manager doesn’t need to be an employee at any restaurant . It’s not rocket science and you don’t make people pay for something that’s poor quality it’s just good business . On top of all that I get home with the food and tacos have tomatoes in it which I said no tomatoes 2-3 times when ordering . Disgusted with the whole experience . And tacos are my favorite food , I love Taco Bell but not this location !!

Got to be attentive to who else is getting their orders, cause you may be forgotten. Had to wait 20 minutes for a craving box. Come to find out that they completed the order and then just threw it in the corner of the kitchen- not even the pickup window. While the cashier was wonderful, the young lady who passed me my order (if you could call her throwing the bag onto the corner and walking away) was less than enjoyable. Also love having to go home and reheat my stale tacos.

I used to eat at Taco Bell because it was cheap but not anymore. TB goes up on its prices the most often of any of the chains - 10 cents on every item about every 2 weeks. Today’s $3 taco should not have cost 79 cents for what was in it - pitiful. This specific location seems to be kept clean and attractive during the week. The weekend is somewhat of a different story. I appreciate that I am able to get unsweetened brewed tea in the dining room. I don’t find that common at many of the restaurants, even though it should be.

Stopped in to use restroom and grab a bite. Nachos bell grande...I went to fill my drink and when I returned to the counter, order was ready. Awesome.

I made an error in my order by ordering an item that was no longer on the menu during lunch rush and the staff graciously made it anyway. I was impressed with not only that but the friendly demeanor of the employee working the window.

I hope they are cleaner in the kitchen bc the men's restroom has black mold that's very visible.i been there several times n that mold has never been removed.idk how sanitation hasn't seen that but that makes me wonder how clean it is in the kitchen.

I would like to say if I could give this store a ZERO I WOULD. For one, they yell at their employees, the Gm leave and does what he want allowing the store to fail and the employees to look bad. I literally got fired today for a worker walking around yelling at me claiming to be a shift lead trying to send me home and following me around the store belittling me. I asked her to not yell at me and sent me home. THEY PAINTED ME AS THE ANGRY BLACK PERSON however she was the aggressor. Even when I told them this they agreed but because she is white they allowed her to keep her job. Mind you it was already conversations held by the GM and Tina the one over him they had already planned on taking their Jennifer ( THE BUILT MAD LADY) side over mine. She was working while under investigation meanwhile I’m at home missing out on money with kids and bills. SO THAT SHOULD TELL YOU LADIES AND GENTLEMEN they been planned on getting rid of me.
