The girl who took and served my order earned this five stars! She was super kind. Her voice was clear and audible on the speaker. She took her time and repeated my order back to me and was friendly when I got to the window. Good customer service is hard to come by these days! I really appreciated her.

Slowest kfc I have ever been to. Took my husband 45 minutes to get three tacos and a 12 piece Nugget. Lady preparing food kept moving her hair out of her eyes with her glove. Place is dirty....just bad.

West Jefferson location is rude! We just got cussed out from someone in the drive thru for coming thru at 11 p. Afyer fire works on the 4th .Drive thru says close at 12 but the lady kept over talking the poor dude trying to be nice working there. She was yelling through and then over him and everything. Some ppl shouldn't work with people without customer service skills. The dude in there deserves a raise tho for putting up with all that shewy!

Didn't do my wife's order correctly also my potatoes were hard as a rock and nearly chipped a tooth. Added them to a burrito, bit great service and crappy quality

Taco Bell just can’t seem to get it together around here. $50 worth of food and no sauces in the bag? And I don’t know,,, maybe if the customer pays extra for an extra ingredient or substitution you’d add or substitute it? I’ve worked at Taco Bell before, it’s not hard to see on your screen. FATHER BELL IS ASHAMED‼️‼️

I ordered a taco combo at the drive thru , the restaurant served me a hot drink with no ice . I hadn’t paid yet told them just to refund the drink I didn’t want it . They had a little ice in lobby and put it on top of the Pepsi . It wasn’t enuf the drink was still hot and now carbonation gone from the soda . I pulled around took the drink back inside and told them i appreciate the effort but drink was still hot and now flat could you refund the $ for the drink. The lady said she couldn’t refund the drink if I ordered it in a combo . I said yes you can the difference in price is 1.79 . She insisted she couldn’t do it . I said you can’t serve me hot flat soda and tell me you can’t keep it and give me my money back for not acceptable product. So it turned into a loud conversation that could’ve been avoided in the drive thru by changing the order from a combo to just charging me for the 3 tacos. So I spent money for a product no one consumed because she was stupid . No other way to say it just ignorant and stupid and if she was a manager doesn’t need to be an employee at any restaurant . It’s not rocket science and you don’t make people pay for something that’s poor quality it’s just good business . On top of all that I get home with the food and tacos have tomatoes in it which I said no tomatoes 2-3 times when ordering . Disgusted with the whole experience . And tacos are my favorite food , I love Taco Bell but not this location !!

Got to be attentive to who else is getting their orders, cause you may be forgotten. Had to wait 20 minutes for a craving box. Come to find out that they completed the order and then just threw it in the corner of the kitchen- not even the pickup window. While the cashier was wonderful, the young lady who passed me my order (if you could call her throwing the bag onto the corner and walking away) was less than enjoyable. Also love having to go home and reheat my stale tacos.

I used to eat at Taco Bell because it was cheap but not anymore. TB goes up on its prices the most often of any of the chains - 10 cents on every item about every 2 weeks. Today’s $3 taco should not have cost 79 cents for what was in it - pitiful. This specific location seems to be kept clean and attractive during the week. The weekend is somewhat of a different story. I appreciate that I am able to get unsweetened brewed tea in the dining room. I don’t find that common at many of the restaurants, even though it should be.
