Got to be attentive to who else is getting their orders, cause you may be forgotten. Had to wait 20 minutes for a craving box. Come to find out that they completed the order and then just threw it in the corner of the kitchen- not even the pickup window. While the cashier was wonderful, the young lady who passed me my order (if you could call her throwing the bag onto the corner and walking away) was less than enjoyable. Also love having to go home and reheat my stale tacos.
I used to eat at Taco Bell because it was cheap but not anymore. TB goes up on its prices the most often of any of the chains - 10 cents on every item about every 2 weeks. Today’s $3 taco should not have cost 79 cents for what was in it - pitiful. This specific location seems to be kept clean and attractive during the week. The weekend is somewhat of a different story. I made an error in my order by ordering an item that was no longer on the menu during lunch rush and the staff graciously made it anyway. I was impressed with not only that but the friendly demeanor of the employee working the window.
