The girl who took and served my order earned this five stars! She was super kind. Her voice was clear and audible on the speaker. She took her time and repeated my order back to me and was friendly when I got to the window. Good customer service is hard to come by these days!

Got to be attentive to who else is getting their orders, cause you may be forgotten. Had to wait 20 minutes for a craving box. Come to find out that they completed the order and then just threw it in the corner of the kitchen- not even the pickup window. While the cashier was wonderful, the young lady who passed me my order (if you could call her throwing the bag onto the corner and walking away) was less than enjoyable. Also love having to go home and reheat my stale tacos.

I used to eat at Taco Bell because it was cheap but not anymore. TB goes up on its prices the most often of any of the chains - 10 cents on every item about every 2 weeks. Today’s $3 taco should not have cost 79 cents for what was in it - pitiful. This specific location seems to be kept clean and attractive during the week. The weekend is somewhat of a different story. I appreciate that I am able to get unsweetened brewed tea in the dining room. I don’t find that common...
