We came in at 2:30pm after a long hike. They close at 3pm. We have been greeted with no frown, ordered and got our food quickly. I had a pork ribeye and my husband had chicken wings. Everything was delicious, the pork was cooked to perfection. Service was also great and we will be back when we come to West Jefferson again.

After a 30 min wait, being told it would be ten. We ordered immediately and it took 45 minutes to get luke warm food. Service was horrible, completely inattentive server, we had to track him down for drink refills. Very frustrating and disappointing!

My husband ordered a cheeseburger and it was ok, not great. I ordered a blackened salmon Cesar. That was the worst salad that I have ever had. The lettuce was yellow and not very much at all. The salmon was not fresh. Have no desire to go back.

Wow what a find! The food was absolutely amazing, full of flavor. All of it. The steak, mushroom sandwich, broccoli and potatoes. Every single bite was delicious. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing and they played great music. Everyone was very friendly. Great place. We will make the trip to come back here for this place.

This place is awesome! And not just because, yes, they “know it’s a ?⬛” (lol, inside joke, you’ll know after the visit) but because the food was SO good! My husband said that “it was the best piece of meat he had in a looong time”. My miso salmon was excellent, perfectly cooked. The apple cider was just what I needed after a hard day working in the yard. But the absolutely best part of our visit was our waitress Abby (little) - she was absolutely amazing! Super professional, very efficient and a wonderful human being, just can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our dinner because of her! Hope the managers of the bistro know what a gem they have working there! Anyway, highly recommend the place and will certainly return as well.
