Thong summit thai & sushi

I am so thankful we have this little gem in our town!!! One thing I miss about home is the sushi and TS is top notch. If you are indecisive on what to get the employees will ask what you usually like and will suggest their favorites. Its not wayyyy overly priced like other sushi places I've been to in the HC. You won't be disappointed.

This place is very nice place the service and the food were amazing. Kylie and Maddie are great at what they do. My daughter loved going to this restaurant.

Fantastic food and friendly staff. Some of the best pad Thai I've had in a while. The food was served incredibly fast and an overall good value for the money spent. Highly recommend

Incredible sushi. The wait was crazy. Got apps quick but the food took about an hour 1\2. Server was new but so sweet and funny. We're just going to have to go on their none busy days next time 😂

Update: Sushi still best in the area and surrounding areas! The sushi chefs are TOP NOTCH. The food is ok. I'm not a big thai eater so I don't feel super qualified to judge the authenticity but I'm not a huge fan. But that sushi. 10 outta 10 recommend

The waitress is so polite and the food was amazing! I'm not a raw fish eater but my daughter is and she loved hers. And as a non raw fish eater they definitely had options for me. Thank you all!!

What a surprise to find quality sushi in Ashe County. The building is old but the Bantam Chef was a Ashe County staple. Crab Rangoons were not the standard frozen you find at 90% of asian restaurants. I wish we would've ordered double because 4 wasn't enough. We had the Philly roll, Spicy Shrimp roll and the Jefferson roll. All were great. Save room for the desserts. My wife ordered the Fried Banana Egg rolls and liked it but the star dessert was definitely the Fried Cheesecake. Like eating a big funnel cake stuffed with a huge piece of cheesecake 😋.

The experience was great. Inside seating plus outside on days with great weather. Great service. Food......Amazing. it's great to have a top notch sushi restaurant locally

Omg. EVERYTHING was beyond amazing and we ordered and tried a ton of menu items as we had a small group. Delicious food. We will definitely be returning.

We are from charlotte and huge Thai food lovers. Can honestly say this is some of the best we have ever had! I got the pad Thai and husband got the red curry. We like spice, do not get cocky with the spice here lol. Great service and food. Such a sweet town.

First time visiting and can’t wait to go back!! Spring rolls fresh and delicious; yellow curry with chicken was awesome with just the right amount of heat. Friendly and efficient staff. A delightful experience and a tasty meal!!
